Churches don't serve all; so let government run welfare

A: Churches do not have to serve everyone who comes to their doors. They tend to serve their own. This bias tends to eliminate many needy people, some of whom are not religious or for that matter may be nonbelievers. The government welfare departments are mandated to serve all who come to them and qualify.
