Doug Collins on Energy & Oil |
A: No.
Q: Should we regulate greenhouse gas emissions?
A: We already have laws on the books that support regulations on greenhouse gas. I would have to review what future laws would be put on the books before I would sign on to more. Additionally, I have signed on to the No Climate Tax Pledge authored by Americans for Prosperity. I will oppose any legislation associated with climate change that implements a net increase in government revenue.
No Climate Tax Pledge: "I pledge to the taxpayers of my state, and to the American people, that I will oppose any legislation relating to climate change that includes a net increase in government revenue."
