The US is more dependent on foreign oil than at any time in our nation's history. Our nation requires a comprehensive plan to address our energy needs and the impact on our environment. We must reduce our consumption of fossil fuels, establish higher fuel efficiency standards for cars, and invest in clean, renewable technologies.
