The future of conservatism begins with a commitment to the unalienable right to life. Without the right to life there is no right to liberty or property.Our candidate must be willing to stand for the unborn and commit to appointing justices to the
Supreme Court who will consign Roe v. Wade to the ash heap of history.
And our candidates must be willing to deny federal funding to any organization that promotes abortion at home and abroad. It is time to end all federal funding to Planned Parenthood

or by a totalitarian government. But, rather, as Burke warned, it can be “nibbled away, for expedience, and by parts.” I am alert to that risk and will defend against it, and I will be encouraged in that defense by my fellow conservatives.

Will lead fight for constitutional ban on abortion
I would support and be willing to lead a Human Life Amendment to the constitution. Our Founding Fathers said we’re all equal. At the heart of understanding that, if we are indeed equal, all of us have intrinsic worth, and no one has more than another.
I believe the sanctity of a human life is rooted in who we are as a culture and as a civilization. And should we turn our back on this fundamental truth, we have turned our back on the very essence and foundation of who we are as a people.

Define life at conception in law, as scientific statement
On the right-to-life issue, I believe, I’m a real stickler for civil liberties. It’s academic to talk about civil liberties if you don’t talk about the true protection of all life. So if you are going to protect liberty, you have to protect the life of
the unborn just as well.I have a Bill in congress I certainly would promote and push as president, called the Sanctity of Life Amendment. We establish the principle that life begins at conception. And someone says, ‘oh why are you saying that?’ and
I say, ‘well, that’s not a political statement -- that’s a scientific statement that I’m making!“
I know we’re all interested in a better court system and amending the constitution to protect life. But sometimes
I think that is dismissing the way we can handle this much quicker, and my bill removes the jurisdiction of the federal courts from the issue of abortion, if a state law says no abortion, it doesn’t go to the supreme court to be ruled out of order
