On Jobs: Create one online portal for job seekers

Develop a web portal with access to all adult education and job training courses. There are currently a variety of sites--JobsLA.org, adulted-lausd-ca.schoolloop.com, LACCD.edu--that have useful information and services, but we need easy access to the entire system that can walk any potential student or job seeker through all the options and get the best and most comprehensive results. The city's first Chief Technology Officer would oversee integration of these systems.
