Rooney: I am an active, life-long, committed Catholic. My faith has informed every aspect of my life. the culture of faith, life and optimism has been the hallmark of the American experience. I will do all I can to defend faith and Christian values in our country.

Q: Which political philosophy best describes you?

Rooney: Very Conservative

Q: Please defend your answer by referencing your publicly available track record.

Rooney: For nearly 40 years I have been building businesses and creating jobs, providing thousands of families a secure income and safe retirements. I support life and will ensure that groups like Planned Parenthood do not receive another dollar of federal funding. I opposes amnesty of any sort for those who have entered the country illegally. As a life-long hunter, I will never support any policy that will take away our constitutionally mandated right to bear arms.
