Deedra Abboud: Defends equal access from public to websites

Allowing internet providers to block websites, or 'prioritize' companies that pay for 'fast lanes,' would not only censor the public's access to information, but would also be detrimental to small businesses, non-profits, and non- income producing websites. Websites should have equal access from the public and no businesses should determine the lens through which we experience the web.
