This president has actually signed the largest increases in our national defense in more than a generation. We are once again giving our soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, and Coast Guard, the resources and support they need to accomplish their missions and defend this nation. Under this president, we have made the strongest military in the history of the world, that renewed American strength. We are standing tall on the world stage again.

Mike Pompeo: Don't bend a knee to the Chinese Communist Party

They are inside our colleges and universities. They are working on local governments, mayors, governors. You should demand that your mayor, your county commission, board, governor doesn't bend a knee to the Chinese Communist Party. Your state pension system--if any of you are teachers or work for government pay money into state pension systems--you should make sure it isn't underwriting what the Chinese Communist Party might one day use to attack our system.

Ted Cruz: Protecting US Capitol is "political theater"

The US Capitol has giant fences with razor wires and 5,000 National Guard standing out front because the Democrats are convinced that political theater helps them. Let's be clear, this is not about security at this point. This is about political theater. Half the country, the deplorables, are dangerous, and they're going to turn the Capitol into a military outpost in Baghdad just to have their compliant media echo that message.
