On Jan. 16, 2018, Jackson, then White House physician, announced that Trump had requested and aced a Montreal Cognitive Assessment, a common screening test for dementia, scoring 30 out of 30. Jackson wrote to the 78-year-old Biden demanding he submit to the same test Trump took. The White House has not responded.
"I think that he's got some cognitive issues that are age-related," Jackson said. But, he added, "You don't have to be a physician like I am that served three presidents--to look at him and think something's going on."
