Shane Hazel: Our policy should be that of non-intervention

A: America's foreign policy should be that of non-intervention. Our intervention in places like Iran in 1952 under operation Ajax has changed our relationship with the entire Middle East for over 70 years. We are now dealing with blowback. The greatest threat to this nation are the 545 members of our own government and bureaucracy that is never held accountable. We should remove our military from 150 countries around the world. We should open up trade and remove government from private interactions around the world. We are goods and services cross borders tanks in armies do not. We should be advocating for peace thru liberty.

Teresa Tomlinson: Congress should vote on war actions, including Afghanistan

As the next United States Senator from Georgia, I will:
• Fulfill the intent of the Constitution by advocating for Congress to vote on the merits of all war actions, including the continuing war in Afghanistan.
• Adequately resource the DVA to correct administrative inefficiencies and ineffectiveness, hire more doctors and mental health professionals.
• Reject efforts to privatize the VA; never support efforts that incentivize a profit motive over the health & well-being of our veterans.

Teresa Tomlinson: Sanctions against Iran, but diplomacy as well

• I support sanctions to address Iran's illicit behavior, including its support for terrorism, human rights abuses, and the Assad regime in Syria.
• I support efforts to prevent the flow of arms and funding to terrorist groups, including Hamas and Hezbollah.
• The U.S. should pursue continued diplomatic engagement with our allies to address Iran's nuclear and regional aggression programs in order to avoid a destabilizing and costly war with Iran.
