Andy Martin: Minimum wage but NOT intended as living wage

On Minimum Wage: I separate slightly from other Republican candidates (one of whom may employ minimum wage workers). I started as a minimum wage worker in high school and it seemed like a fair system to me at the time. The minimum wage is NOT intended to be a living wage or a "raise a family" wage. For that, we have to rely on a growing economy.
