Former Housing Secretary Fernando Gil Ense¤at claims that Garced knew about unused aid that was found sitting in a warehouse. V zquez has said she was unaware of the aid--some of the which allegedly dated back to 2017's Hurricane Maria--and called for an investigation into its disuse. V zquez fired Ense¤at. Ricky Rossello: Streamlines process for businesses into single permit

Rossello signed the Permitting Reform Act to streamline the permitting process for businesses on the island. The new law consolidates the process to obtain a permit, certification of fire prevention, environmental health, licenses, and authorizations into a Single Permit.
