Scott Taylor: Opposes taxpayer funding, but says women have choice

The crowd booed when a man asked whether the government should "support the killing of unborn babies by Planned Parenthood" but cheered when a young woman asked Taylor: "Do you think I have a right to decide what happens to my body?" Taylor, who personally opposes abortion, said he supports the ban on taxpayer funding for abortion and told the young woman that he agrees that "she has the legal right to decide."
