On Government Reform: Introduced amendment to reverse Citizens United

The 2010 Supreme Court decision in Citizens United v. FEC was a victory for special interests at the expense of the American people. That's why he introduced a constitutional amendment to reverse the disastrous effect this decision has had on our democracy. On Government Reform: Fought for filibuster reform: favors the talking filibuster

In order to change the way Washington works Tom has been leading the effort to reform the filibuster. Today, senators use the filibuster on a massive scale to obstruct legislation.
