Wyoming continues to see far too many individuals struggling with mental health issues resulting in high suicide rates. I am especially concerned about an ongoing epidemic of suicide that has plagued our armed forces and our veterans. We will be partnering with other states to address veteran suicide. Kristi Noem: Tax exemptions for veterans with disabilities

We have expanded the tuition program for veterans to include technical colleges. We have increased property tax exemptions for veterans who have disabilities. We have a tax exemption for paraplegic and amputee veterans. We have increased the number of beds at the Hot Springs Veterans Home so that we can care for more veterans.
