Chris Chaffee: Need to have better control over who is admitted to country

As he travels around the state he hears different issues mainly related to the economy and jobs. But he declared that ISIS should be America's number one concern. He said the country needs to have better control over who is admitted to the country. "We need to know who they are before they come in," he said.
