On Abortion: Stop taxpayer funding of abortions, local and international

Jim's Policy goals:
• stop taxpayer funding support of abortions, both local and international;
• be a promoter for adoption and ensure federal tax policies do not conflict with adoption;
• favor the Mississippi 15-week law over the unrestricted Roe v Wade which allows killing the baby up until day of birth;
• eliminate the economic drivers that cause too many women to believe abortions are needed (jobs & economy) with meaningful economic self-help support to mothers-to-be.

On Budget & Economy: Will never sign up for an increase in the Federal Budget

To bring Government spending under control, my core strategy includes:
• Debt Ceiling: Jim Lamon will never sign up for an increase in the Federal Budget.
• Federal Government must live within its means.
• $4Trillion in current tax receipts is sufficient.

On Crime: Guarantee law enforcement qualified immunity

• Ensure legislation supports effective law enforcement.

• Provide the resources to fully fund, equip and train our men and women in blue (police) and green (border patrol) for their dangerous work.
• Eliminate the underhanded financial influence from Soros and others on the election races for attorney-general and district attorney appointments.
• Find and prosecute cop killers--no matter whether inside or outside the US border.

On Education: Empower parents to oversee content of teaching materials

• Empower parents to oversee the content of teaching materials and absence of political indoctrination.
• The requirement for all students to attend a civics class before graduation.
• Oversight of teacher's professional conduct in class--be it through video observation or otherwise.

On Energy & Oil: Close the Department of Energy, eliminate bureaucratic drag

• Secure Energy Dominance: I stand for an energy strategy to insure the lowest cost and highest security to our nation.
• Close the Department of Energy.
• Eliminate the bureaucratic drag from the Environmental Protection Agency, the Bureau of Land Management and Forestry Service.
• Transfer permitting for projects to the States where the entity is to be constructed.
• Move to the Texas model of deregulated electrical grids.

On Government Reform: National mandatory voter ID, signature verification

• National, mandatory voter identification (real citizenship ID, not blue state driver licenses)

• Ensure elections stay under the control of the States
• A defined minimum standard for free and fair elections, and a routine audit across all 50 states to ensure compliance

On Government Reform: Congress must continue to cut taxes and needless regulation

On Gun Control: I will support free speech, the 2nd Amendment

On Health Care: Redesign or eliminate Obamacare for more efficiency

• Breaking up the healthcare cartel with competition from more effective companies.
• Minimize the unnecessary cost of "defensive medicine."
• Redesign or eliminate Obamacare to drive more efficient healthcare delivery.
• Minimize unnecessary regulation and bureaucratic interference in the healthcare system by overhauling the CDC and the Department of Health and Human Services.
• Eliminate waste and abuse of the Social Security Disability Insurance system.

On Immigration: Rescind all Chinese Visas, end birthright citizenship

I will work to achieve three major objectives in the US Senate regarding Border Control:
1. Stop the inflow of illegal immigrants:
   • Enforce the Remain in Mexico Policy
   • Finish the Wall
   • Enforce mandatory E-Verify, including penalties (fines & jail) for repeat corporate offenders
   • End Sanctuary Cities
2. Resolve the issue of illegal residents:
   • Zero taxpayer benefits
   • Immediate deportation for anyone engaging in criminal acts
   • ICE removal of criminals and gang members (jail for anyone that recrosses the US border)
   • Removal of persons overstaying their Visa authorization
   • Rescind all Chinese Visas: America should not be the educating or training ground for citizens of communist countries.
   • End birthright citizenship. The vast majority of first-world nations do not adhere to this antiquated policy.
3. Stop the importation of "allies of convenience" with promises of citizenship, like the chaotic Afghan evacuation.

On Jobs: I will work to eliminate the right to strike for teachers

I will work to eliminate:
• The Federal department of Education.
• Critical Race Theory: Anything that creates disharmony, entitlement and victimization is not in our society's best interest.
• The right to strike for teachers: Teachers are essential resources who should not be distracted by political activism. I will work to improve their remuneration and working conditions.

On Principles & Values: Our rights don't come from government, they come from God

On Social Security: Give workers the option of Universal Savings Accounts

Jim would support fundamental systemic improvements:
• Gradually Increase the Benefits Access Age.
• Stop Abuse of the Social Security Disability Fund.
• Universal Savings Accounts. Option for every worker to enjoy the benefit from investment in the US economy while also creating a tangible, inheritable asset for their children, instead of the government-controlled trust fund model.
