Tim Michels: Against assault weapon ban & red flag laws

Tim Michels supports allowing 18 year olds to be able to buy AR-15s, with no waiting period. Tim Michels opposed a bipartisan package of reforms that included background checks for people under 21 purchasing guns and closed a deadly loophole that allowed domestic abusers to possess firearms. He has also pledged to lift restrictions on firearms, opposes an assault weapons ban, and said he will not support "red flag" laws.
