Nikki Haley: Our children will never forgive us for $31 trillion in debt

I think we've got $31 trillion in debt. And our children will never forgive us for it. First, we have to stop the spending binge. We've got to put Washington, D.C., on a diet. They can't continue to spend this way. We are borrowing money just to make our interest payments. We've got to work on a way to actually pay down this debt. Fifteen percent of the federal budget is interest. We need to stop borrowing.
