Bethany Hall-Long: Created Delaware's first Behavioral Health Consortium

In 2017 during her first months in office, she was instrumental in creating Delaware's first Behavioral Health Consortium (BHC). The BHC is an is an advisory body that works towards solutions for action to address prevention, treatment, and recovery for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. As chair of the BHC, Lt. Governor Hall-Long has led work to reduce stigma, expand access to treatment and promote prevention and education.
