Jim Banks: Schools should educate--not indoctrinate--America's youth

Jim believes our schools should educate--not indoctrinate--America's youth. Jim is staunchly opposed to Critical Race Theory and other liberal propaganda, like the 1619 Project, being pushed onto elementary school children at the cost of basic subjects like reading and math. Jim firmly believes that all students should have access to a great education that fits their unique, individual needs, and that parents--not government bureaucrats--know what is best for their children.

Mike Braun: School choice should be legislated at the federal level

Parents and kids should be able to choose whichever school they see fit. "Something so important as education has kind of evolved into a one-size-fits-all," said Braun to the Congressional School Choice Caucus on Wednesday. "(Indiana) has led the nation on choice."

Braun lobbied lawmakers that school choice should be legislated on the federal level as well. He told the gathering that you can never find the best result by "only shopping in one place" as a consumer.
