John Deaton: Regulations have driven commercial fishermen to bankruptcy

Deaton: They have created so many regulations that commercial fishermen here in Massachusetts have basically been bankrupt. The Chevron decision dealt with the fishermen because people like Senator Warren said we are going to send someone on your boat and they are going to count how many fish you catch it and you are going to have to pay for it out of your own earnings even though you are trying to support your family. That's insanity.
