On Abortion:
Champion the values of human life
I will always champion the values of human life (regardless of age)
along with the freedom and liberty that each and every life deserve.

On Budget & Economy:
Rein in $34 trillion in national debt
We must reign in our national debt. With $34 trillion in debt and growing exponentially every year, along with almost $200 trillion in unfunded liabilities,
we are headed for an economic collapse which will destroy our country. We must balance the budget.

On Government Reform:
Signed a term limits pledge
Q: What are your thoughts on term limits?A: I support term limits, and have signed a term limits pledge. It was never our founding fathers intent for individuals to go and remain in office for a lifetime. Our federal agencies need term limits as
well, as the administrative state is where most of the power in our nation resides. Pushing one without the other, would create even more problems.

On Immigration:
A nation is only as sovereign as its borders
Secure out borders. A nation is only as sovereign as its borders. With 100,000 Americans a year dying of Chinese fentanyl which is crossing our southern border, the mass crossings of hundreds of thousands of bad actors from nations like China and the
middle east (and who mean to do our nation harm), and the level of human trafficking that has followed in the wake of millions of illegals...it is our greatest national security threat which exists today.

On Principles & Values:
I am a Constitutional, conservative Christian
I am a Constitutional, conservative, Christian who believes in the founding principles and documents of our great Republic.
I will always champion the values of human life (regardless of age) along with the freedom and liberty that each and every life deserve.
I am a fiscal conservative, and have fought hard these last 8 years for smaller government and lower taxes. The woke, socialist, gender confused agenda that has swept through our government, its institutions, and our
educational institutions must be addressed. Objective truth is not relative and the Constitution does not allow for the stripping of one individuals rights to further an agenda of another's.

On Civil Rights:
Don't teach Critical Race Theory (CRT)
Q: EQUALITY: I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.A: Strongly Disagree. Teaching anyone that they are inherently better or worse than someone else based solely
on their race, is not just wrong, but evil. Like Dr. Martin Luther King said, a person should not be judged by the color of their skin, but the content of their character.
Q: Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or
occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
A: Strongly Agree. I helped pass the ban against biological males in female sports in Mississippi,
and fought and won against former State Superintendent Dr. Carey Wright when she was going to enact these awful policies being handed down from the U.S. D.O.E. in Mississippi.

On Crime:
Don't redirect police funds to community programs
Q: CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY: I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.A: Strongly Disagree
Q: 2ND AMENDMENT: What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
A: None, if you are a law abiding American citizen.

On Education:
Support vouchers; eliminate Department of Education
Q: EDUCATION: I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.A: Agree. Taxpayers and parents should have the guaranteed parental right to educate their children in the manner
of their choosing.
Q: I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
A: Strongly Agree. Education was never a power granted the federal government in our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Education oversite should be the job of the state and local governments who know values of their people best. Currently the U.S. D.O.E. has become a
propaganda machine and enforcement arm for progressive agendas to indoctrinate the hearts and souls of our children, by using federal tax dollars to threaten and coerce submission to those agendas.

On Education:
Student debt is voluntarily; don’t pay off their debt
Q: Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.A: Strongly Agree. Student debt is taken on voluntarily by individuals. It should be their responsibility to repay. To make the American taxpayer
now the loan guarantor, instead of the willing party that willingly took on the debt, is both an offense & assault on the resources of those who have worked hard to manage their own finances and pay off their debt without assistance of tax dollar.

On Energy & Oil:
Climate change isn't urgent; go nuclear
Q: ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT: Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.A: Disagree
Q: What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
A: Currently available to us today, Nuclear energy is the most reliable.

On Environment:
Invest without ESG: no environmental ratings
Q: Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?A: No, absolutely not.
The investing of public monies should have only one goal, and that is to achieve the highest and safest return possible for the taxpayers or retirees. ESG traditionally has much lower returns and is purely agenda driven.

On Families & Children:
Marriage is the legal union of a biological man and woman
Q: Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman?A: Agree. Marriage, along with its origin, is based solely in religion and has historically meant for the legal union of a biological man and woman. Should the government
had wished to get into the partnership business of two consenting individuals for the purpose of extending marriage like taxes, familial support, legal boundaries and ownership transfers, the agreement could have merely been defined as a civil union.
Q: Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation?
A: Absolutely! I have fought hard over my legislative service to do just that. I was a co-author of
the REAP Act in Mississippi that banned the transgender mutilation of our minors in the state, along with Co-authoring other pieces of legislation that is now law like the Porn Age Verification law and Parental notification.

On Government Reform:
Require voter ID; keep Electoral College
Q: ELECTIONS AND VOTING: People should be able to vote without photo identification.A: Strongly Disagree. You can't buy alcohol, cigarettes, a plane ticket, enter a contract, or even drive without a photo ID, so why would we even consider not
requiring it to ensure fair and legal elections?
Q: The Electoral College should be abolished.
A: Strongly Disagree. The Electoral College is the one protection built into our form of government that ensures that a few regions or states with high
populations, don't control the representation and direction of the government for all the rest.
Q: JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY: The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.
A: Strongly Disagree. Packing the court only seek to drive the agenda of whoever is in charge at the moment. We should leave it just the way it is.

On Health Care:
Don't require vaccinations; Medicare & Medicaid only
Q: HEALTHCARE: Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?A: Never, if it violates the conscience or faith of the individual. If we as society believe that a vaccine protects an
individual from illness, then it should not matter if the individual decides whether they want it or not. It's their choice.
Q: What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government
with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare
should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

On Homeland Security:
Support Israel and support patriotism
Q: Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?A: Yes. Israel has been a major ally to the United States in a region of the world that remains predominately hostile.
Q: What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?
A: There are many issues. One has been the infusion of the Biden administration diversity, equity and inclusion agenda.
Another was the forced Covid Vaccinations on service members. Many of our citizens and potential recruits now feel as if their lives are (would be) merely pawns to feed the military industrial complex and current globalist agendas.
The current administration has also made identifying as a patriot akin to being a domestic terrorist, and its patriots who usually enlist.

On Tax Reform:
Lower the income tax; abolish the inheritance tax
Q: ECONOMY: What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?
A: Work to lower the income tax on working individuals and abolish the inheritance tax.

On War & Peace:
We have become far too dependent on China
Q: NATIONAL SECURITY: With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow
democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.
D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.A: C
Q: The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the
United States.
A: Strongly Agree. We have become far too dependent on China.

On Foreign Policy:
Opposed packages sending defense aid to Ukraine
Eubanks, 53, has represented DeSoto County in the state Legislature since 2016 and helped found the Freedom Caucus, a coalition of ultraconservative House members. Eubanks told Mississippi Today that he decided to challenge
Wicker because he disagreed with the senator's votes to pass several measures to fund the federal government, his strong support of packages sending defense aid to Ukraine and his support of Scott Colom for a federal judgeship.

On Immigration:
We've left the door wide open for undocumented people
The issues Eubanks are most concerned about involve the growing debt, and the growing numbers of illegal aliens crossing the southern border into the United States without the federal government doing more to stem the tide. "In addition to the almost
five-and-a-half million people who have poured in that are undocumented in our country over the last 2-3 years, there is a drug pipeline there that's killing 100,000 Americans a year. We've left the door wide open for that element."

On Tax Reform:
Signed pledge to oppose and vote against income tax hikes
Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) commends State Representative Dan Eubanks for signing the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, a written commitment to the voters of Mississippi to oppose and vote against income tax hikes.
Eubanks' decision to sign the Taxpayer Protection Pledge exhibits his strong commitment to fiscal responsibility and pro-growth tax policies.
