A: Agree. Marriage, along with its origin, is based solely in religion and has historically meant for the legal union of a biological man and woman. Should the government had wished to get into the partnership business of two consenting individuals for the purpose of extending marriage like taxes, familial support, legal boundaries and ownership transfers, the agreement could have merely been defined as a civil union.
Q: Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation?
A: Absolutely! I have fought hard over my legislative service to do just that. I was a co-author of the REAP Act in Mississippi that banned the transgender mutilation of our minors in the state, along with Co-authoring other pieces of legislation that is now law like the Porn Age Verification law and Parental notification.
