Heinrich has repeatedly undermined the rule of law, undermined our police, and supported soft-on-crime prosecutions and bail laws. Nella will back law enforcement, making sure they have the support and resources they need to be successful. She will also seek justice through interventions before crimes occur by addressing addiction, mental health, poor education, and economic factors that can lead to crime. Nella Domenici: Enforce laws so violent offenders face dire consequences

Nella supports enforcing our criminal laws so that violent offenders understand they will face dire consequences for harming others. Our efforts to stop violence should be focused on gangs and cartels in cities where most homicides occur. In addition to enforcement, we can mitigate the underlying causes of violence by reducing drug addiction and improving our education system and job opportunities.
