Phil Lyman: Criticizes health benefits expansion that he voted for

A Utah lawmaker and gubernatorial candidate has been sharply critical of a new state program expanding health benefits to some children of undocumented immigrants. Lyman has called the program "unacceptable" and asked his followers on social media whether Gov. Spencer Cox--who signed Senate Bill 217 last year which created it--loathes "legal, lawful, tax paying Utahns." But as one of his fellow Republican legislators pointed out, Lyman voted for the very bill he is criticizing.
