Semi Bird: Parental access to ALL curriculum materials used in class

I will continue to support the initiative measure 2081 establishing the Parents Bill of Rights.
• Parents/guardians will have full access to ALL student records (medical, psychological, counselor, academic).
• Parents/guardians will have full access to ALL curriculum and supplementary materials used in their child's classroom.
• Parents/guardians must be notified prior to any medical or psychological services offered to their child or children.
• School Choice allows parents access to the best quality of education for their children, especially families living at or below the poverty line.
• I will support and build upon the tenets House Bill 1615, The Students First Program.
• This is an Educational Savings Account (ESA) with no strings attached to homeschooling families or private schools. The money follows the backpack!
