On Health Care: We'd have to pass ObamaCare bill to find out what's in it

To pass the ObamaCare bill, congressional Democrats had to resort to all kinds of legislative shenanigans to avoid an up-or-down vote. At one point, Speaker Pelosi told a national audience that we'd have to pass the bill to "find out what's in it." She even hatched a plan to pass the bill without the House ever actually voting on it! And why? Because the support in Congress wasn't there.
