Les Gara: Inform people instead of heated "forced vaccination" claims

Governor Dunleavy's chosen to try to get votes from the pandemic, not save people from illness and possible death. He created suspicion and anger by those considering a vaccine, making heated, false Nazi Germany and "forced vaccination" comparisons. The goal is to convince people to take the actions we need to slow this pandemic, going from community to community, with leaders and experts local residents trust. None of this has to involve "mandates". It just requires attention and work.
