"I've seen a few monstrous bills in my time; this is one of the worst bills that I've seen that has a chance at becoming law," said Sen. Moran. "This legislation takes something that is important and valuable to Kansans--the right to vote, the ability to vote, the sanctity of our elections--and transfers that authority to the nation's capital. This is very damning to the democracy and republic should it become law."
