Cynthia Dill: Repeal residency requirement for driver's license

Voted YEA on LD 1357: Relating to Driver's License and Identification Card Regulations (Bill Passed Senate - June 3, 2009):

Vote to pass a bill that repeals the requirement to prove legal presence in the United States before obtaining a driver's license, and enacts restrictions on the use and distribution of digital, biometric and other information.
