As Montana citizens we have a constitutional right to privacy that is more stringent than that provided by the federal constitution. It is not right that the federal government requires our school districts to provide our children's personal educational and biometric information in order to receive federal funding.
Our local school boards and State legislature must protect our children's privacy. This issue is very controversial. Will you stand with me to protect our children's privacy?
