Chris Janicek: We need to admit climate change is real

We need to admit climate change is real. Just ask any of the Farmers & Ranchers in Nebraska. In 1910, Glacier National Park had 150 glaciers. Now, less than 30. The Himalayan Glaciers will completely disappear by 2035, that's only 15 years from now.

Chris Janicek: End reliance on fossil fuel, develop solar energy

We must cut our dependence on fossil fuels and increase development in solar energy resources. You can argue that coal and oil jobs will go away. Newsflash. They already are. And we still are managing to completely ruin our precious home known as earth. Not on my watch. I will go head to head with big oil. I will engage responsible energy legislation.
