Eric Fingerhut:
Voinovich supported 3 tax cuts and a $413 billion deficit
VOINOVICH: "I went to Washington to reduce the deficit and balance the budget. At the same time, my colleagues were spending money like drunken sailors." FINGERHUT: "This is truly a Voinovich deficit," Fingerhut shot back, referring to the record
$413 billion federal shortfall for fiscal year 2004. He blamed Voinovich for the size of deficit because he supported three major tax cuts. "No matter how many times Sen. Voinovich calls himself a deficit hawk, it doesn't make it true," Fingerhut said.

JD Vance:
It's time to get inflation under control
Why do we need a "transportation equity" agency to ensure that we don't have too many male truck drivers? Why are we spending billions on battery technologies that are controlled by the Chinese Communist Party and built by Chinese workers? The result of
needless spending is runaway inflation, which has made it harder for normal Americans to afford basic necessities. Inflation has hit our seniors especially hard, many of whom live on a fixed income. It's time to get this inflation under control.

John Cranley:
Rebuild Ohio's middle class by building vital infrastructure
John will rebuild Ohio's middle class by creating 30,000 jobs per year that pay a minimum of $60,000 per year to build vital infrastructure that Ohio needs to offer middle-class opportunities to all. These jobs will include advanced manufacturing,
building high-speed broadband, and investing in cleaner energy, cleaner water, and safer roads and bridges. Private sector growth requires public infrastructure and quality education and workforce training.Ohio's roads, bridges, and infrastructure
are in disrepair. As governor, John will prioritize transportation improvements across Ohio. Projects will be required to only dig once, so all of our infrastructure systems finally get upgraded efficiently.
Road, rail, transit, intermodal, and other transportation systems will be improved through an expanded Ohio infrastructure bank that brings together federal, state, local, and private funding.

Matt Dolan:
Ballooning national debt is a national security threat
Ohio's hardworking families should not be forced to bear the brunt of Washington's reckless and out-of-control spending binge. For too long lawmakers have ignored our ballooning national debt and have failed to take action.
This represents nothing less than a national security threat to ourselves and future generations. As a fiscal conservative, I will fight wasteful spending and protect Ohio taxpayers' hard-earned dollars.
As a State Senator and Chairman of the powerful Senate Finance Committee, Matt Dolan has solidified his standing as a conservative leader by keeping his promises to reduce the size and scope of government, protect Ohio communities, and
deliver record-breaking tax cuts. Matt's most recent budget earned wide praise from state and national conservative organizations, including the Ohio Republican Party which labeled his effort "the most conservative budget in Ohio legislative history."

Support targeted infrastructure, not bloated wishlists
An overhaul of America's infrastructure is long overdue. I will oppose bloated Democrat wishlists that contribute to our nation's debt while also keeping up the fight for targeted infrastructure that is paid for,
does not contribute to inflation and directly improves Ohio energy production, roads, bridges and airports to boost economic growth and American competitiveness against China.
