Jane Timken:
Fewer regulations on business that stunt innovation
I support less regulations on Ohio businesses, including ending all
COVID-restrictions, that stunt American innovation and business opportunity.

JD Vance:
Stop favoring multinationals; tax exporting jobs
Did you know that Google, a massive technology company that actively works with the Chinese Communist Party pays a lower tax rate than many Ohio manufacturers who struggle desperately to never do business with the Chinese?
At the same time, some of our biggest companies funded Black Lives Matter riots that destroyed our towns and cities. I'm done with an economy that favors anti-American multinationals over pro-American local businesses.
My fellow Republicans love to talk about tax cuts. By all means, let's cut the taxes of the companies that invest in our country. But we're going to raise taxes on companies that ship jobs overseas and use their money to
fund anti-American radical movements. If these companies are going to wage war on America, it's time America wages war on them.

Mary Taylor:
Common Sense Initiative: reform Ohio's regulatory policies
Taylor was sworn in as Ohio's 65th Lieutenant Governor on January 10, 2011, the same day Governor John R. Kasich named her to lead CSI Ohio--the "Common Sense Initiative" to reform Ohio's regulatory policies, as well as to serve as the director of the
Ohio Department of Insurance. These two assignments dovetail together and provide the perfect launching pad for working to make Ohio a jobs--and business--friendly state. CSI Ohio will review
Ohio's regulatory system to eliminate excessive and duplicative rules that stand in the way of job creation and the regulatory mission of the Department of Insurance is a good place to start.
As Auditor of State, Taylor transformed the office into a nationally-recognized, 21st-century government auditing office.
