SB 270: Campaign Finance Reporting (Bill Failed House, 5-54); Conger voted Nay.

Repeals a portion of existing law which includes in the definition of "contribution" unfulfilled pledges, subscriptions, agreements or promises, whether they are legally enforceable or not.
Repeals the requirement that candidates or treasurers of political committees report account numbers when filing statements of organization.
Limits the maximum fine imposed for failing to submit required statements concerning contributions to no more than $5,000 in a calendar month.
