State of Wisconsin secondary Archives: on Crime

Phil Anderson: 100% against the death penalty in all cases

Q: Do you support or oppose "Stricter punishment reduces crime"?

A: No. End the War on Drugs, which is aimed at people of color. Reduce incarceration rates by treating drug addiction as an illness, not a crime. Further, I am 100% against the death penalty in all cases.
