Andrew Yang: Freedom Dividend of $1000/month for every adult American

Yang's proposal would provide every American over 18 years old with $1,000 per month. He contends that this would grow the economy by 13 percent and increase the labor force by 4.5-5 million people. Stems from his belief that AI and automation will wipe out millions of jobs and is the path to avoiding economic ruin. He says he rebranded to "Freedom Dividend" because it tests better with conservatives.

Elizabeth Warren: Regulate free market; break up Big Tech

Said she identifies as a "Democrat capitalist," rather than a "democratic socialist." She told Pod Save America she sees "the value of markets and that they can produce a lot of good if they have rules." Proposed a plan to break up Google, Facebook and Amazon. It would prohibit companies with over $25 billion in revenue to act as operators and users of a platform and would install regulators to break up already-closed mergers.

Pete Snyder: Formed private fund for forgivable loans during pandemic

Snyder, a businessman and political consultant, formed the Virginia 30 Day Fund with his wife to provide forgivable loans to businesses struggling amid the pandemic and its resulting economic fallout. Snyder's campaign website cites the nonprofit to bolster his credentials as a "true champion of small business."
