Val Demings: Co-sponsored opposition to privatization of Postal Service

A resolution expressing opposition to privatizing the U.S. Postal Service (H.Res.993). In June of 2018, the Trump Administration released a government reform and reorganization. Regrettably, this proposal recommends a massive restructuring of the Postal Service and "its future conversion from a Government agency into a privately-held corporation." This resolution pushes back against the Administration's proposal with clear examples of the importance of a national postal system for our nation.
