On Abortion: Joins amicus brief supporting banning abortion at 20 weeks

Montana has joined 18 other states in an amicus brief supporting the constitutionality of North Carolina's 20-week ban on abortions except in a medical emergency. The brief leans upon a growing scientific consensus that a fetus is capable of experiencing pain at the 20-week threshold, if not before, Fox said.
