On Environment: Supreme Court ruling restricting EPA a huge victory

The U.S. Supreme Court undercut the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's ability to regulate carbon dioxide emissions from power plants in a decision sought by the State of Ohio that critics said would damage EPA's ability to fight climate change. "The decision rightfully ruled that EPA could not sidestep Congress to enact an agenda," said Carey. "It sets a precedent for other agencies that they can't essentially create law.
