Honors and thanks all veterans for their service
This was the Veterans camp at Standing Rock last year.
The stories they told of their service were unforgettable. Thank you to our #Veterans, today and every day.

Don't gut programs to pay for military buildup
Trump's willing to cut food stamps, Medicaid, the arts &
meals on wheels to over spend on the military & build a do-nothing slab of concrete

Jill Stein:
Both scary: Hillary wants Syria war & Trump wants more nukes
Hillary Clinton: Syria is catastrophic. There is an effort by the Russian Air Force to destroy Aleppo to eliminate the Syrian rebels who are holding out against Assad. I advocate a no-fly zones & safe zones.
Jill Stein: A no-fly zone means we'll be shooting down Russian planes.
Donald Trump: She talks tough against Russia. But our nuclear program has fallen way behind, and they've gone wild with their nuclear program. We're exhausted in terms of nuclear. A very bad thing.
Jill Stein: I don't know which is scarier, Hillary who wants to start an air war in Syria or Trump talking about more nuclear weapons.

Keisha Lance Bottoms:
Trans military ban dangerous and discriminatory policy
Bottoms tweeted a statement saying anyone "qualified, willing and able to serve in the military" should be able to do so. [Bottoms tweeted]: Any person qualified, willing and able to serve in the military should be allowed to do so.
Atlanta stands w/ our trans troops and denounces this dangerous and discriminatory policy. As Dr. King taught us, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." #WontBeErased -- Keisha Lance Bottoms (@KeishaBottoms) January 23, 2019

No need for more military, stop taking from what we do need
Details of Trump's budget are horrible. But its broad disdain for value of knowledge, creativity and human decency are equally terrifying.
It is founded on false premise that we need to slash spending on things that we need to fund things we do not (bigger military and a wall).

Michael Folk:
2016: Trial, then hang Hillary Clinton for treason
A commercial airline pilot, Folk also ran afoul of his employer during the 2016 presidential campaign after he wrote in a message to Hillary Clinton on Twitter stating "you should be tried for treason, murder and crimes against the US Constitution...
then hung on the Mall in Washington, D.C." Folk, who was suspended after the tweet, later explained that his statement was hyperbolic and that he sent the message after watching a congressional hearing on Clinton's handling of classified emails.

Susan Rice:
Prepared "pandemic for dummies" playbook for successors
Former Obama national security adviser @AmbassadorRice to @TheView: "We prepared the [Trump] administration with a pandemic for dummies playbook.
So the fault here, the tragic loss of 150,000 Americans and counting [to the coronavirus pandemic as of July 2020], is on Donald Trump and his gross mishandling of this pandemic."

No pier in Gaza; keep sanctions on Iran
- Biden said no boots on the ground. Now we find out that means boots on a ship & a pier, spending our tax dollars to build a port for Hamas. No!
- $6 billion? More like $76 billion. Let's not forget the $10 billion in sanctions he lifted allowing Iraq to transfer to Iran.
Add $60 billion in oil sanctions he refuses to enforce and you get $76 billion, which is the same amount of money we gave to Ukraine to defeat Russia.
- Iran's military presence in South America should greatly concern the United States. @POTUS needs to deploy #sanctions that have a real impact.
