Christian society discourages drug & alcohol use
Consider [a society] which embraces a Christian worldview. Although not everyone attends church or is a professing Christian, it is culturally accepted that most people acknowledge the "Golden Rule." They treat one another, as they would like to be
treated. Generally, in this [society] families stay together and children grow up with a healthy self-esteem. Most of the kids graduate from high school and become good, productive citizens.
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and teenage pregnancies are rare. Drug abuse is extremely low and gangs are virtually nonexistent. Crime is uncommon and most people feel no need to lock the doors of their cars or home.
Businesses want to locate [here] because of quality of workers who are entrepreneurial and creative. Our system of constitutional government does not work within any other cultural environment than a Christian worldview.

On Abortion:
1.2 million deaths from abortions: far more than all US wars
I must state the obvious in no uncertain terms. We are in a life and death struggle. Since the legalization of abortion in 1973, America has averaged about 1.2 million abortions per year. That is a staggering number, and the majority of people cannot in
actuality comprehend its enormity. 1.2 million deaths due to abortion represent more deaths than all deaths in America due to heart disease and all forms of cancer combined annually.
Here's another way to attempt to grasp the atrociousness of 1.2 million abortions each year. Since America's founding to the present time, there have been about 30 wars and/or military conflicts. Over that timeframe of almost 240 years there has been a
total of about 1.3 million COMBINED deaths due to military action. Nearly as many abortions have been performed, resulting in the death of the child, in a single year than the combined deaths due to every military action.

Purpose of hate-crime legislation: normalize homosexuality
Hate-crimes laws are not about hate. The point of hate-crime laws is to normalize a certain lifestyle, it is about forcing the American public into acceptance of humanistic ideology.Are not most violent crimes motivated by hate? If so, let's deal
with actual crimes and punish those who perpetrate them. All violence stems from hate, and all Americans deserve equal protection, not just a certain group.
All crime is wrong, whether it is motivated by greed, lust, personal vendetta, animosity,
or prejudices of any sort, but to create a "hate crime" for the purpose of intimidating American citizens into silence and submission is preposterous. In reality, if it was scrutinized in the light of the US Constitution, current 'hate crime
legislation' would have to be determined the true discriminator by holding people guilty for their beliefs. The current law will penalize people for not supporting the homosexual lifestyle.

We allow Satanists in our schools, but not Christian prayer!
In 2007, 12 high school students at Heritage High School in Vancouver, WA, were suspended for 10 days. What led to it? It was prayer. They simply gathered to pray BEFORE school started. The students attempted to start a prayer club, but the school's vice
principal would not allow them to use a room on campus. So they gathered in the cafeteria before classes. A Satanist student complained. As a result, the students were told that they would have to go outside [in winter]. The students insisted on praying
in the cafeteria before school because of the weather, and they were suspended for 10 days. Amazingly, a Satanist complains and Christians are kicked out into the cold, or suffer suspension. It seems clear from this account that the Vancouver School
District considers Satanist students to be more harmless & more desirable than Christians. Apparently, the administration feels obligated to beware of those dangerous Christians--but quite willing to carry out the "sensible" wishes of a Satanist instead!

On Foreign Policy:
Islamists are radical and dangerous national enemies
For those Muslims in America who have nothing to do with jihad, let them worship freely. But for those who follow the dictates of the Koran's radical teaching they must be viewed as national enemies.
Their worldview will eventually lead to violent behavior because it is based on a teaching calling them to world control (caliphate) and to the destruction of our Constitution.
All those who embrace the entire teachings of the Koran are radical and dangerous; they are 'Islamists.' Similarly, 'Islam' is much more than a religious belief, and must also be considered radical and dangerous!
Believe me, radical Islam is already changing the way you live in America whether you are aware of it or not!

Liberal family policies lead to crime, gangs, and drugs
Libertarians often pride themselves in being fiscally conservative and socially, liberal. Truthfully, the one is made impossible if the latter is left unattended.
There are many examples that could be used, but let's consider no-fault divorce and weak family policies. This 'liberal' approach has been part of a cultural problem, encouraging out-of-wedlock relations that lead to fatherless families.
It now costs Americans about one trillion dollars per decade because of the single-mother plight. These liberal policies have created the need for more prisons, more law enforcement to
counter gangs and violence, programs for teen pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases, drug abuse, etc.

Constitution has Divine and miraculous origin
I am always amazed at the insight of our predecessors. They were able to gaze into the future like prophets of old, accurately speaking truths that today many people seem unable to comprehend. Our forefathers understood the value of America's
Constitution and were fully aware of its Divine and miraculous origin. They warned us to treasure it and to protect it, recognizing that should it break down, should its governing principles cease to be strictly followed, global tyranny would ultimately
prevail. We are watching the reality of their vision unfold before our eyes! Unfortunately, today many people view our Constitution with scorn and its principles are disregarded as antiquated. Politicians, judges and other leaders who are sworn to uphold
and defend the Constitution, have forsaken it altogether or they declare it a "living document," able to change with society according to the whims of men and the subjective 'politically correct' climate of the day.

World hates America for our immoral freedom
Today, much of the world looks at America with disdain and hatred. Why do they hate us? Hamas' foreign minister, Mahmood al-Zahar, said, "The West brought all this freedom to its people but it is that freedom that has brought about the death of morality
in the West. It's what led to phenomena like homosexuality, homelessness and AIDS."The Hamas chief is saying, "you Americans flaunt your freedom, but it is your freedom that has produced every unthinkable immorality."

Freedom without Judeo-Christian context leads to corruption
[Islamists such as Hamas' leader] believes the Islamic worldview is superior because it is more moral. Their culture will not tolerate such vile behavior as our 'freedoms' permit. He hates what our liberties have given to the world.
Frankly, few people could blame him for his abhorrence of the U.S. for our immorality. Unfortunately, in his criticism he has misdiagnosed the problem. The problem is not our FREEDOM; it has served us, and the world well for centuries.
The problem is that we are trying to exercise liberty from a secular humanist worldview, and it does not work! 'Freedom' within any context other than a Judeo-Christian one, only leads to corruption. 'Freedom' without boundaries is not freedom;
it breeds degradation.
On the other hand, it should also be stated that [any other] philosophy will not work either. You cannot force morality upon people--morality must come from within.

Character matters, especially in elected representatives
We are reaping the consequences of electing unprincipled individuals to office. For decades we have been told, "character doesn't matter" so far as affecting one's ability for making sound judgment. Why have we believed that lie? Who among us really
believes such a twisted thought? Further, why does this apply only to politicians and not to other areas of civic life?For example, if it were true that "character does not matter," then why would you not allow a convicted child molester to
babysit your children? Why do many jobs require character references and criminal background checks prior to employment? Because they understand that character matters! In fact, one's character is the most important factor in determining
one's qualifications for many positions of employment. Why then would we give politicians a pass? Character matters!
Why would we elect individuals who do not share the philosophy of our Constitution or our nation's religious heritage?

ENDA is really about forcing liberalism upon businesses
Some are probably thinking, "this is a bunch of hype, Jody, you are blowing a lot of 'hot air.' Don't you know there is a 'religious exemption' clause in ENDA?" Yes, I know.
I also know that almost everyone agrees that the current religious 'exemption' will hold no weight. In reality, there is no religious exemption in ENDA. The so-called 'exemption' is very narrow.
In fact, as I already mentioned, ENDA will potentially force churches, non-profits and small businesses to hire homosexuals, transgenders, cross-dressers and the like. It will go further to force Christian groups to accept that lifestyle,
legitimize it, approve it and normalize it. ENDA is about forcing liberalism upon businesses and non-profits. It is an attempt to force the American workplace to accept their ways.

On Civil Rights:
Islam's geopolitics not protected by First Amendment
We generally consider Islam a "religion" and the one who follows its teaching, a "Muslim." However, while peace-loving "Muslims" adhere to the "Mecca" PORTIONS of Islam, "Radical Muslims" (Islamists) embrace all of the "Koranic" teaching.
This reality cannot be over-emphasized. When taken in its entirety, Islam is not a religion! Rather, it is a totalitarian way of life complete with its own legal system (Sharia Law), financial structure, military and government system.
Although Islam has a religious component, it is much more than a simple religious ideology. It is a complete geo-political structure, and as such, does not deserve First Amendment protection.
To grant it such is to give protection to another governmental system; one that is in direct conflict to our constitutional establishment.

Islam is incompatible with America's founding principles
Islam is Incompatible with America's Foundation: Our Founding Fathers gave us a nation firmly established upon Judeo-Christian principles. This condition alone describes the major problem with any discussion of Islam and the American way of life. In
fact, the system of government the Founders designed would not succeed in any other environment than Christian. If America continues to 'flirt' with the erroneous effort toward leniency with Islam, she will eventually fall with no capacity to rise again.
We are already dangerously close. Islam's mindset is not one of tolerance with America, but control and dominance. There is no room for merging two opposing philosophies. The ground on which the ideological war is being fought is worldview.
Saturating the soil of these foundational beliefs and values rests the blood of untold soldiers over centuries past. They died, not merely for 'freedom,' but for our distinctive Christian society.

On Government Reform:
Easy prey in Congress for special interest money to trade
Why would they pass harmful legislation or make rulings contrary to the Constitution? Generally speaking, one simply needs to follow the 'money trail' for answers.
Lobbyists and special interests have often found easy prey among members of Congress who are willing to trade the best interests of America for personal gain.
Regarding the judges, pressure from political elites can be extremely tempting. Federal judges are appointed, not elected. Therefore, the only hope for advancement is often by 'standing out' as an advocate for politically correct ideology.
By making judicial rulings that are favorable toward a political agenda, the potential for future judicial appointments is increased. It is tragic.

Economic stimulus package cost $278,000 per job created
The fiscal irresponsibility spewing forth from Washington DC is absolutely breathtaking. Included in the financial debacle is phony stimulus packages, thousands of earmarks (another name for wasteful 'pork spending'), vast new bureaucracies, thousands of
new government jobs, higher taxes, government takeovers of private sector jobs, and so much more.An example of the waste came to light when a report by the White House's Council of Economic Advisors, a group of economists who were handpicked by
President Obama, gave a realistic picture of the 'success' of the so-called 'economic stimulus package' of 2009. They concluded that the average cost per job created through the stimulus was $278,000. To explain this in another way, the government could
have given $100,000 to everyone who obtained employment through the stimulus deal, and saved taxpayers $427 billion! The 'help' of that government plan was extremely wasteful; it neither spurred the economy nor created jobs.
