On Budget & Economy: Obama's "investments" really just means "more spending"

The President talked about expanding 'investments' in some things such as education and infrastructure but the word 'investments' is still the word that means 'spending'. The President has proven beyond a doubt that his huge Keynesian economic experiment has failed. The economic stimulus plan failed. He's still trying to spend more money.
