Stories like this are why last month I signed executive order to ban large Wall Street investment firms from buying up in the thousands, single-family homes. And now I'm asking Congress to make that ban permanent because homes for people -- really, that's what we want. We want homes for people, not for corporations.
Corporations are doing just fine, thank you very much. Rachel, good luck with your home. You'll get one soon.
Klobuchar shared more about what message she hopes his presence will send on the national stage. "Small businesses don't have a big reserve like a big company has and operate on small margins and these tariffs are really, really difficult. I think the President should be using them much more narrowly than he is," Klobuchar said.
