Restrict Canadian vessels on coast trade

DioGuardi co-sponsored H.CON.RES.157 : A concurrent resolution to express strong support for the cabotage laws protecting the coastwide trade to vessels of American construction, crewing, and documentation, and to support the Administration's policy in the U.S.-Canadian free trade talks that the coastwise trade not be opened to Canadian vessels.
