Extend Japanese auto export restraints

Roemer co-sponsored H.CON.RES.178, a concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the urgency of extending the Japanese auto export restraints beyond March 31, 1984 at carry-over levels, without any exceptions. Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should urge the Japanese to extend the current voluntary auto export limits
