Frank Gilbert:
We do not need a standing army
Q: Do you support or oppose the statement, "Expand the military"?
A: Oppose. The constitution allows congress to "raise" an army. We do not need a standing army of any significant size to defend ourselves.

Jake Bequette:
Serving in Army was bigger privilege than being in NFL
While playing in the NFL was the opportunity of a lifetime, to Jake, the bigger privilege was serving in the United States Army. In 2017, Jake joined the service and was commissioned as an Infantry Lieutenant.
He graduated from the U.S. Army Ranger School and was deployed to Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division.

Jim Holt:
Trust Bush's homeland security decisions and recommendations
LINCOLN: Reform of intelligence gathering, Lincoln said, "was not a battle between Democrats and Republicans as much as it was an argument over seniority. People in Congress who'd built up seniority over agencies in the committee system don't want to see
it changed." In Iraq, Americans are going to have to accept the decisions Iraqis make themselves if they want Democracy to work there, Lincoln said. HOLT: Holt said he trusts Bush's decisions and recommendations when it comes to homeland security.
