State of Michigan secondary Archives: on Gun Control
Garrett Soldano:
I will defend 2nd amendment, implement Constitutional Carry
The gun rights of law-abiding citizens should never be infringed by power-hungry politicians. Liberal elites don't understand guns, how they work or what they're for, and they shouldn't be dictating how We the People can exercise our constitutional
rights. As the next Governor of Michigan I will defend the Second Amendment against the Democrats' gun grabs and implement Constitutional Carry, joining states like Vermont, Iowa and Kentucky in allowing citizens to exercise their rights.

No assault weapon ban; no gun dealer liability
Q: Do you think Federal Firearms Licensed Dealers should be liable if the products they sell are used in a crime?A: No
Q: Would you support the Federal Assault Weapons Ban if it came up again?
A: No
Q: Do you think the
2nd Amendment is a collective or individual right?
A: I think the 2nd Amendment is a broad based right that guarantees the rights of people in all states, so it's individual, and by shape broader than that.
