I want to shrink the size of government

When [Bustamante] says, "Let's repeal the tripling of the car tax," I agree. But I believe what he'd like to do is raise taxes in other areas. I don't want to do that. I want to shrink the size of government. [Schwarzenegger] thinks the property tax is too low. I don't think it is too low. I've talked to hundreds of thousands of our citizens that are having trouble making ends meet. This is not a time for higher taxes. It is a time for responsible government.
